Anna Manasyan

Anna Manasyan is a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer with a strong foundation in law, military service, and executive leadership. With over a decade of diverse professional experience spanning government, defense, and media sectors, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and legal expertise.

Currently serving as COO at Shant TV, Anna leads organizational operations, drives strategic decision-making, and ensures efficient business performance in a fast-paced media environment. Her leadership is defined by a pragmatic approach to problem-solving, strong decision-making capabilities, and a commitment to achieving measurable results.

Prior to her executive role, Anna built a solid legal career, serving as a Lawyer at Shant TV, Corporate Lawyer at Mediamarketing LLC, and contributing to the Legal Support Division of the National Assembly of Armenia. Her legal expertise includes contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property protection, and representation in legal proceedings. She has consistently advised senior management and safeguarded organizational interests through meticulous legal strategy and execution.

Anna’s professional journey is deeply rooted in her service with the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia, where she held multiple roles including Lawyer, Chief of S1 (Personnel Management), and Intelligence Analytics Officer in the Peacekeeping Brigade. Her military background equipped her with exceptional leadership, discipline, and expertise in personnel management, legal frameworks in defense, and intelligence analysis. She has also played a key role in advancing international humanitarian law practices and strengthening legal advisory systems within the armed forces.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Law from Yerevan State University and is highly skilled in negotiation, administration, executive management, and legal writing.
